3 method for wort boiling 
 
According to the level of pressure, there are 3 method for wort boiling: boiling in normal pressure , boiling in lower pressure and continuous boiling at high temperature. The first two are called tun style, the last one is called tube style.
 
1) Boiling in normal pressure
It is a traditional open boiling, the pressure is similar between the tun and atmospheric. This method is difficult to recover waste heat, it can not make good use of secondary steam.
 
2) Boiling in lower pressure
It is one sealed boiling. The secondary steam can be Recycled. Its temperature usually at 107-110℃, the boiling will keep 60-70min.
 
3) continuous boiling at high temperature
It usually used the casing heater, the temperature is higher, it can be 130-140℃, 3mins will be OK. By this way, the energy consumption will be reduced to 30%
