Generally have the following composition:
1.Glycol Water Tank
2.Glycol Water Chiller
3.Glycol Water Transfer
For example : 2000L Glycol water tank with 2sets of 5P Glycol water chiller
The Glycol Water Chiller cools the Glycol Water from 20 degrees Celsius to 1 degree Celsius,
which takes about 4 to 6 hours;
Glycol water to 1200L wort cooling takes about 30-40 minutes;
The Glycol Chilling Unit can supply 10 sets FV/BBT cooling and 1000L wort cooling.
