How is the sparge device constructed?

Lautering process is a important process for brewing. On lauter tun, except the false bottom, the sparging device is also important. It is one way to help us to get required wort plato reasonably.
The Sparging system must be constructed so that it adds hot water to the top of grain bed at the same rate at which wort is collected.

The water must be gently sprayed or sprinkled onto the surface of the grain to avoid disturbing the bed.several options exist:
A. Rotating arm  with small holes drilled in the rear side and installed in the middle of the tank. Water flowing through the arm causes it to rotate, slowly sprinkling water on the surface as it spins.
B. Spray Nozzles  can be arranged to provide full coverage of the surface area of the grain bed. Nozzles should have full -pattern coverage a the flow rates needed. It is much common for larger vessels.
C. Simple sprayballs or even a splash plate suffices in rudimentary systems.

The sparging ring usually be designed to tri-clamp or thread connection.
