How to clean the beer stone in bee tank?

Beer stone is combined by 80% inorganic mineral(like calcium oxalate and calcium oxalate)
and 20% organics(protein, hop resin ect). The rough surface of beer stone is easy to hide bacterial.
So it is necessary to remove beer stone.
0.5%-1% Nitric acid and phosphoric acid is the best liquor to remove the beer stone.

Nitric acid is used for removing the beer stone on stainless steel and aluminum surface.
Sulfuric acid and sulphamic acid are used to remove the beer stone on stainless steel vessel.
Sulphamic acid is safe liquor for most material. Enamel material can be cleaned by
2.5% sulphamic acid cold liquor or 0.2-2% 65-70 celsuis sulphamic acid liquor.
EDTA should be added in acid if you want to remove beer stone completely.
