If the power outage or steam stop supplying suddenly , what should we do with cooked mash?

1) If the power outage suddenly
A. Turn down the steam-heated valve and mix it with clean wood pulp. Be careful to turn off the power firstly, to prevent accidents if the power is suddenly back .
B. Heating with direct steam
C. When you mix the mash, the Manual hand pump or small diesel drive can be considered. At the same time, manual mixing is required to make the temperature uniform

2) If the Steam boiler stop supplying the steam suddenly
A. If the temperature of the cooked mash is below 70 ℃, add hot water to make the mix temperature reach to 70~72℃，then keep the temperature
B. If the temperature of the cooked mash is 70~95 ℃, just keep the temperature and wait the steam back
C. If the temperature of the cooked mash is above 95 ℃, just keep the temperature for a while then we can mix it with mash.
