What heating way should I choose for Brewhouse?

What heating way should I choose for Brewhouse?

There are three heating way
Assumed the top level is 5 level
1) Electric heating suggested level:3 level

Pros: Lower cost, Heated by electric heating elements, No special cost need
Cons: Heat boiling effect is not good as direct and steam
Need to clean the electricity elements regularly per month

2) Direct fire suggested level:4 level for having a fierce and vigorous heating
If we choose direct fire heating, then below cost need to consider
For kettle/Whirlpool tank, a fire box, burner and agitator need to add
For hot water tank, a fire box and burner are needed.
So extra cost for fire box, burner and agitator is needed.

Pros: Middle cost, have a vigorous boiling
Cons: 500mm higher than other two types, so have roof requirement
Need an extra agitator

3) Steam heating brewhouse  suggested level:5 level for heating evenly and fast
A steam boiler is need, for 7BBL brewery system, 100KG/H boiler is need.
Other cost is same as electric heating.
So it needs customer to source a steam boiler or generator locally.

Pros: Heat fast and evenly, do good for beer quality.
Cons: Some area have a high cost for steam boiler like Australia

If we have budget for steam boiler, we suggest to have steam heating.
