As we know, different target cooled temperature will bring different
cooling capacity for same one chiller. In beer brewing, the target temperature would be -5℃.
Let’s take 3HP chiller for example. Its cooling capacity will be about 5700W with -5℃ target.
1BTU equals 0.293W. Now we are clear, it is 19453.9BTU/H for 3HP chiller.
