Wort boiling is one of the most important processes in wort making, and it is closely related to the nature of hot wort. So the effect of wort boiling will directly affect the quality of the final wort. We should pay attention to the following questions during wort boiling:
1) Keep vigorous boiling
It is important to keep the vigorous boiling at 98~100℃.
2) Control the appropriate wort PH
Usually, the best wort PH is around 5.2~5.7
3) Master the boiling time
Different kind of beer need different boiling time.
4) Check the quality of wort boiling regularly
5) Add the hops by the specified time with specified amount
6) Clean the Kettle Tun after every boiling was finished
