Our new 3000L brewery is building up. So glad to share some pictures and ites configuration.
The brewhouse is composed of 3000L Mash/Lauter tun and 3000L Kettle/Whirlpool tun plus one 4500L HLT.
For the HLT, our suggestion is at least 1.5-2 times bigger than the brewhouse.
Equipped Fermentation tank(FV) and Bright beer tank(BBT) is double size as brewhouse.
