Their Hot Water tank is 3000L for double brew a day to maximize the utilization of this 1200L Brewhouse.
The Whirlpool tun is equipped with glycol jackets, as customer want to cool the wort to suitable temperature
for better hops isomerization. There is a 120L pilot brewhouse on the wheeled cart for beer recipe test.
Bothe the 120L and 1200L brewhouse is controlled in one same PLC controlling cabinet.
