Pressure tanks for the final beer conditioning / Bright beer tanks / Beer storage tanks made by Tiantai company, these are the mostly used names of the pressure stainless steel vessels to storage, flavoured and carbonation of beer before its filling into kegs, bottles, cans or other sale packs.
These tanks may be equipped with additional fittings, porous stones or other armatures for final conditioning of beer using carbonation stones, hops extractors, filters or other additional devices. Some different kinds as below:
Horizontal beer storage tanks : Cylindrical, insulated, 2bar
The horizontal insulated pressure vessels for the storage, carbonation, filtering of beer under pressure. Cylindrical beer storage tanks, called also service tanks, tanks for pure beer, or BBT. The serving tanks with PU foaming insulation are cooled using water or glycol that circulates inside of cooling dimple jacket.
Vertical beer bright tank : Cylindrical, insulated, 2bar
The vertical insulated pressure vessels for the storage, carbonation, filtering of beer under pressure. Cylindrical beer storage tanks, called also service tanks, tanks for pure beer, or BBT. The serving tanks with PU foaming insulation are cooled using water or glycol that circulates inside of cooling dimple jacket.
Horizontal beer conditioning tanks : Cylindrical, non-insulated, 2bar
The horizontal non-insulated pressure vessels for the storage, canonization, filtering of beer under pressure. Cylindrical beer storage tanks, called also service tanks, tanks for pure beer, or BBT. The cylindrical beverage storage tanks without the insulation are cooled by air. They have to placed in a cooled room (such as a brewery cellar).
Vertical brite tanks : Cylindrical,, non-insulated, 2bar
The vertical non-insulated pressure vessels for the storage, carbonation, filtering of beer under pressure. Cylindrical beer storage tanks, called also service tanks, tanks for pure beer, or BBT. The cylindrical beverage storage tanks without the insulation are cooled by air. They have to placed in a cooled room (such as a brewery cellar).
