Building request of installing brewery equipment

Usually there are some specific building requirements when installing the beer brewery system. Please pay attention to these items as below:
1) Floor: Flat or bit slope, Enough Concrete, Bearing Force.
2) Dimension: Enough length,width, ceiling height, main door and side door.
3) Ventilate enough, especially near kettle tun.

4) Drainage: 2 Degree slop, 200mm width, 200mm depth, pedestrian-friendly. Brewhouse and fermentation function is main drain points.
5) Electric Supply: Main power supply and branch supply cabinet as request, cable etc;
6) Brew Water Supply: Brew water supply ports with requested pressure 0.2bar, Water filter, water supply pipes, etc
7) Compressed Air Supply: for wort oxygenation.
8) Steam /Gas / LPG Supply if needed.

9) Enough passageway for people, cargo, cart, even forklift.
10) Glycol water pipes support frame will be installed along the back wall. Glycol chillers are installed outside the wall with rain cover.
