This is the brewhouse PLC touch screen control box operation as below:
Main interface: Confirm the permission of login system, then enter into the brew house system.
Mash tun controlling interface, the pictures show saccharification filter control and the actual parameters.
Check the actual parameters of mash system directly, set mashing temperature, automatic temperature control.
Hot water tank controlling interface
In this picture, F35-F41 is pneumatic valve control button. It shows and controls the pneumatic valve F35-F41 on and off.
Compare to pneumatic valve and butterfly valve:
Pneumatic valve: connect sensor, PLC and control module. PLC transfer electric signal to the valve, then the valve can be on and off automatically.
Butterfly valve: control on and off manually.
Step mash time control.
Brewing recipe date storage for brew different kinds of beer.
Fermenter and bright beer tank main controlling interface: cooling time set and control, glycol water pump on and off
