How to clean keg filler after use?
After we fill beer by the keg filler, there will some beer remain in the keg machine, and its pipes. Beer is easy to contaminationed as its favor and sugar contents. So before we fill beer again, it need to be cleaned well.
How to clean keg filler?
Firstly, let’s see below keg filler structure.
Second the keg filler cleaning process:
1) Check the connection of beer source, air source and power. Be sure that all
pressure values are correct.
2) Connect the cleaning accessory to the water source.
3) Turn the “Clean/Fill” button to the position “ Clean” and press “start” button,
then the filling head will press the cleaning accessory. Shut down the beer source,
then open the sewage-draining valve and cleaning valve, the machine will start its
cleaning process.
4) X minutes later, close the cleaning valve. Press “stop” button, and the
machine will start its air-pumping process. 8 seconds later, the air-pumping process
cease and the filling head restores, then the cleaning process is finished.
