How to use CIP system to clean your brewery equipment?

For some people who run brewery first time, they may not be use CIP system to clean their brewery equipment well. So, allow me to share more details of CIP operation tips with you :)
So that, you can create a clean environment for your brewery equipment.
Generally, there are several main steps in a complete CIP process.
And, the above photo is clear to show this process.
Firstly, the fermenter and accessories, like sampling dry hopping port and rotary racking port should be washed thoroughly by city water or cold water.
Secondly, by the 2%-4% and 50℃ sodium hydroxide liquid(NaOH liquid), and it will takes about 30 minutes to wash the fermenter.
Thirdly, you should use warm water to clean fermenter interior and exterior finish.
This step is aimed to wash the residual NaOH liquid.
If necessary, had better wash the fermenter again by reasonable temperature acid detergent. The cleaning time is about 30 minutes.
Finally, wash it cleanly and ready for spare.
When you want to use fermenters, had better wash it by hot water 20 minutes.
