What kind of kettle tun?
The equipment used to boil the wort is called the kettle tun, it is made of stainless steel 304/316, and installed the heating device.
The inside or outside heating all use Tubular Heat Exchanger, most breweries use this method.
The shape of kettle tun has two kinds, one is rectangle, and another is ball bottle shape.
