What is beer? What are the raw materials for beer production?

Beer is generally defined as: malt as the main raw material, hops, yeast brewed, containing carbon dioxide, foaming, low alcohol fermentation wine.
In China, the definition of beer was determined by the State Bureau of technical supervision (now the General Administration of quality supervision, inspection and Quarantine) in 1998 as: malt (including special MALT) as the main raw material, hops added, yeast brewed, containing 2.5% ~ 7.5% (volume fraction), foaming, low alcohol content fermented wine.
Raw materials for beer production include barley, rice (or corn), syrup and sugar, hops, water, yeast, etc.
