The cider and wine brewing fermenting equipment includes pre-processing system, fermentation tanks, bright tanks, mixing tanks, glycol cooling system, CIP system, bottling line, canning line, filter machine.
The process is as below:
1) Cider go to fermentation tank at 20-25 Degree C, be cooled down to 17 Degree C, maintain, fermentation period is 2-3 weeks.
2) Get out from fermentation tank through heat exchanger. Be cooled down from 17 Degree C to 10 Degree C. Go to mixing tank. Maintain.
3) Get out from mixing tank through heat exchanger. Be cooled down from 10 Degree C to 4-5 Degree C. Go to BBT (Brite tank).
