6. Note for brewing
1. Cut pumpkin into small pieces after cleaning, bake in the oven 180 ℃ 45 minutes,
then take out to smashed and coated with honey,
and then continue to bake in the oven 180 ℃ 45 minutes.
Also pumpkin can be baked monoblock instead of smashing,
but the amount of pumpkin need to add according to need.
2. Smashed pumpkin will lead wort filtration difficulties and loss more water during boiling more water,
but they can provide more flavor.
3. Baking can dissolve out the sugar in the pumpkin and form caramel in the local high temperature,
which provided the important flavor substances.
4. Pumpkin can use foil to wrap roast to avoid excessive burned.
5. This kind beer does not emphasize the aroma of hop ,
other bitter hops can be considered if there is no recipe of hops.
6. Preparation of vanilla solution: split two vanilla pod, scrape out the seeds ,  
soak into 100g vodka for two weeks.
7. Pumpkin pie spice: it is for optional, the main ingredients are four spices
( Sri Lanka cinnamon stick, whole clove, nutmeg, allspice),
personally feel that Pumpkin pie spice can be ignored by increasing the amount of spices
if Pumpkin pie spice is not available.
8. Capella water soluble concentrate whole-wheat crackers concentrate:
It thing belongs to the fragrance products, very common used as a flavoring agent for electronic cigarettes.
9. Dry adding for material in second fermentation may cause the risk for contamination and oxidation.
It is recommended caution, and spices and a concentrated liquid is suggested
to add after dissolving small amount of water to boil.
