1)Mash tun:
•Bottom mounted agitator with motor and reducer VFD controlled.
•Glass hydrator with pneumatic flat valve for auto malt feeding.

2)Lauter tun:
•Auto lifted grain rake and dozer for easy spent grain discharging
•Wort collection ring and back pressure flushing device at bottom.

3)Kettle tun:
•Add inner heater Calandria in kettle tun. Add heat exchanger area, good mixing when boiling.
•Pressurized dynamic boiling(0.03-0.08mpa) in kettle tun, save heating energy 40%, evaporation rate reduced from 8% to 5%, at the same time remove DMS.

4)Whirlpool tun:
•2-degree slop bottom design ensures that trub and wort are separated to the greatest extent possible.
•Tangential inlet pipe diameter ≥200mm, less resistance, the entrance velocity is maintained at 3-5m/s.

What's more,
•Condense vapor through tubular HEX, reheat water, come back to hot water tank.
•Choose high thermal efficiency single stage heat exchanger. Cold water goes to heat exchanger to cool wort,
then come out at 80-82C degree, work as mashing water for next batch, no need to reheat. Save steam heating energy.
