The fermentation tank has a cone-bottom cylindrical shape, also called cone tank. The fermentation tank has its own cooling device, which can easily control the fermentation temperature. The bottom of the tank is designed as a cone, which is very convenient for yeast recovery and cleaning. A rotating cleaning ball is installed inside the tank top, which is connected with the CIP cleaning system to clean the inner wall of the tank at 360 degrees, ensuring hygiene and safety in production.

1)Customized leveling pad with flange hole, earthquake proof
2)Customized cone bottom 90 degrees and enlarged diameter to match the height of the brewery space
3)The legs are with flanges. Because of the height limit of brewery space, let the tank stand up first and then installing the flanges.
4)Customized SUS304 heavy duty legs with leveling pad and legs support

All these tanks are made from SUS304 stainless steel with 100%TIG welding technology and each weld meet sanitary level for 60 months long time guarantee.
