Hey guys,How are you? Today I share with you one set of 2000L brewery system manufacturerd and installed by our company---Tiantai beer equipment company.

This craft beer brewing system consists of four vessels brewhouse---Mash Tun and Lauter Tun and Kettle Tun and Whirlpool Tun. Mashing process is worked in one tank and lauter process is worked in one tank, and the kettle process is worked in one tank and whirlpool process worked in one tank, this configuration can have a high productivity.

Let’s see its basic configuration as belowings:

♦Four vessel brewhouse system---Mash tun, Lauter tun,Kettle tun,Whirlpool tun, 4000L Hot Water Tank. These tanks are all made from SUS304 stainless steel with 100%TIG welding technology and each weld meet sanitary level.
♦Cooling tanks----2000L Glycol Water Tank+4000L Cold Water Tank
♦Fermentation tanks-----2000L single batch fermenter+4000L double batch fermenter
♦Valves----All are butterfly valves with hygiene grade gasket
