My assistance doesn't stop when a brewhouse is received. During fabrication and install, we were also working on:
--Brewing day and processing SOP's
--Scaling recipes
--Factoring cost per liter
--Improving processes by assessing things like their water treatment
--Putting together a raw material and beer inventory matrix
And more...
The idea was for the team to be prepared for the arrival of their first proper commercial brewhouse. Plus, feel confident they can make it work.
The brewhouse proved to really efficient and we are scaling back the malt bill for the next brew.
Which is a good sign, they did a great job, right off the bat.
Every project involves a lot of work and attention to details, but it's all worth it when the planning results in a successful first brew.
Doubly rewarding, when the clients are passionate as this Philippine customer crew were.
