The system consists of two brewhouse vessels---Mash/Lauter Tun and Kettle/Whirlpool Tun. Mashing process and lauter process is worked in one tank and the kettle and whirlpool process is worked in one tank.This configuration can brew 3~4 batches per day with steam heating system.
This brewery system basic configuration is as belowings:
♦Two vessel brewhouse system----1000L Mash Tun/Lauter Tun,1000L Kettle/Whirlpool Tun,2000L Hot water tank.
♦Cooling tanks----2000L Glycol Water Tank
♦Fermentation tanks-----5 sets of 1000L single batch fermentation tank
♦Flow meter---2 sets of German brand IFM flow meters, one is for water mixing station(For mashing and sparging) and another is for wort from heat exchanger to fermenter
All these tanks are made from SUS304 stainless steel with 100%TIG welding technology and each weld meet sanitary level for 60 months long time guarantee.
