Slow Lane Brewing Co. set up the 10bbl two vessels brewery equipment including malt milling machine, two vessels brewhouse, 20bbl fermenters, 10bbl bright beer tank, brewery CIP, steam system, keg washer and filler machine etc. TIANTAI supply the brewery system and supply install service for the brewery equipment.
Slow Lane Brewing is our fifth customer in 2019 year. The brewery is located in Sydney, Australia.
In Oct.2018 year, Alex sent us the first inquiry about the 10 barrel brewery on website. Then we started the communication about his brewery setup project. It was very pleased communication with him throughout the whole process. He already had more than 10 years brewing experience before he starting the micro brewery.
It took around 3 weeks to get initial agreement on the brewing equipment configuration:

Then we started the layout design. Because of the tight space, the fermenters were customized to be slimmer and taller than our standard. The layout discussion took around another 3 weeks. During this time, Alex and us exchanged the ideas forth and back, and we modified the drawings until we both think good. It is not complex process. Then in beginning of 2019, we got agreement on the order. Everything was just good and step by step as expected. Oh, we also specially discussed the control panel wire colors, as it is specially requested in Australia.
Alex arranged two times inspection when the manufacturing is close to completion. The inspection was smooth and quick. I still have deep impression on his family, all are very nice and gentle people. :)
