If you plan to brew 500,000L beer per year, how to confirm the configuration of brewhouse and fermentation tank?

Firstly, we need to confirm fermentation cycle. Generally speaking, beer fermentation cycle is about 2-4 weeks based on your fermentation temperature and recipes. Here we would like to take 3 weeks[20 days] as a beer fermentation cycle. So, we need to take 18 fermentation cycles in a year to reach our expected beer output. 360/20=18 fementation cycles. So, we need to brew about 28,000L beer in per fermentation cycle.
Secondly, after confirming the fermentation cycle and how many liters of beer we need to brew in one fermentation cycle, we could confirm required brewhouse and fermentation tank.

Solution 1: 28000L/2000L fermentation tank=14x2000L fermentation tank
So, we need to 1000L or 2000L brewhouse.

Solution 2: 28000L/4000L fermentation tank=7x4000L fermentation tank
So, I can choose 2000L or 4000L brewhouse unit.
1. If I choose 2000L brewhouse, I need to continuously brew 2 batches in a day, and brew 7 days in a fermentation cycle. It is also a better option.
2. If I plan to install 4000L brewhouse, I only need to brew 1 batch one day, and brew 7 days in a fermentation cycle. I can enjoy the interest of brewing.
