Faced with limited space, how should I choose brewery equipment?
As the boom of craft beer market, a sea of people desire to build own microbrewery, pub, bar or craft beer restaurant. For most breweries or pubs, the consideration of brewery space is a indispensable part. Different brewery space will affect the configuration of brewery equipment. If your brewery have enough ceiling height but space is limited, we will recommend two design solution for you to solve the question.
 
For the brewhouse, combined 3 vessels brewhouse is a more compact brewhouse structure to fit for limited space.


You can see above photo, which is a 200L combined 3 vessels brewhouse. The structure is mash/lauter tun&whirlpool tun+kettle tun. The mash/lauter tun&whirlpool tun combined in one vessel. Compared with traditional 2 vessel brewhouse, this brewhouse have more compact structure, which could save brewery space for you. In addition, you also should consider a details for this combined 3 vessels brewhouse. Opening glass manhole and top mounted motor should be considered when you calculate ceiling height.

For fermentation unit, you can choose this vertical and stacked fermenters with flange connection. The height of 300L fermenters is about 2100 mm. Considering the height of flange connection, total height of this stacked fermenters is about 4500mm.
