How to understand details of brewery fermentation tank?

As we all know, wort fermentation keeps an indispensable step in process of beer brewing. After wort cooling stage, wort was sent to beer fermentation tank by pump. During the wort fermentation, wort temperature will be dropped stably to reach suitable temperature. There are some valves and fittings in fermentation tank.
