International Pale Lager

International Pale Lager

Impression: Highly fermented light salad with no strong taste, good balance and high carbon dioxide content, suitable for cold drinks, refreshing to relieve heat and quench thirst.

Aroma: Lighter malt aroma, with a slight sweet aroma of malt or grain, hop aroma can be from low to slightly spicy. Because of the high degree of fermentation, there is a small amount of yeast flavor (such as a light green apple flavor). Slight dimethyl sulfide or corn aroma is allowed.

Appearance: Light yellow to golden color, white foam but short duration, very clear liquor.

Taste: Lighter malt grain taste, dry taste and high degree of fermentation. The grains are not prominent, showing a slight bready or medium-slight grain or malt sweetness. The hops are mild, slightly floral, spicy, or herbal. The balance between malt odor and bitterness is slightly different, but relatively close. Huigan has a light malt and hop aroma, allowing a slight dimethyl sulfide smell.
Taste: The body is medium to light, and the high carbon dioxide content brings a slight killing taste.

History: In the United States, it has a similar history to the standard American Lager, and it is moving towards a high-quality version. Outside the United States, it has been modeled after American-style Lager, but also developed in Pilsen style beer (usually dry and slightly bitter), and is currently sold and exported in large quantities by large beer industries or multinational beer companies.
Typical raw materials: Based on two-sided and six-sided malt, you can use rice, corn or sugar as an adjunct, or whole malt.
