1000L 3 vessel brewery system made from Tiantai company

Brewery equipment 4 sets of 1000L single batch fermenters and 1000L three vessels brewhouse system with a 2000L hot water tank.

The system consists of three brewhouse vessels---MashTun and Lauter Tun and Kettle/Whirlpool Tun. Mashing process is worked in one vessel and lauter process is worked in another vessel and the kettle and whirlpool process is worked in one combined vessel. This configuration can brew 3~4 batches per day with steam heating system.

This brewery system basic configuration is as belowings:
♦Three vessel brewhouse system----1000L Mash Tun, 1000L Lauter Tun,1000L Kettle/Whirlpool Tun,2000L Hot water tank.
♦Cooling tanks----2000L Glycol Water Tank+2000L Cold Water Tank
♦Fermentation tanks-----4 sets of 1000L single batch fermentation tank
♦Flow meter---2 sets of German brand IFM flow meters, one is for water mixing station(For mashing and sparging) and another is for wort from heat exchanger to fermenter

All these tanks are made from SUS304 stainless steel with 100%TIG welding technology and each weld meet sanitary level for 60 months long time guarantee.
