CIP system for large brewery

For large brewery, the CIP system usually fixed with four or five tanks, with steam heating replace of power heating for small CIP system.

For four vessel CIP system, it usually consists of 1) a container of hot alkali for washing pipelines, 2) a container of cold alkali for washing the tanks of a brewery, 3) of a container of cold acid, and 4) of a container with a disinfectant solution. The system has two pumps that guarantee simultaneous flushing of the pipelines and brewery tanks. Pneumatic butterfly valves are integrated in the pipe system. All four tanks are equipped with a concentrated cleaning solution metering pump with stainless steel fittings and shut-off valves. A cold water supply line and a waste liquid outlet are also directly connected to the system.
For the five vesssel CIP system, which will have one more hot water tank.

And it usually has its own control system, semi-automatic or full automatic.
