In addition, you also should consider a details for this combined 3 vessels brewhouse. Opening glass manhole and top mounted motor should be considered when you calculate ceiling height.

For fermentation unit, you can choose this vertical and stacked fermenters with flange connection. The height of 300L fermenters is about 2100 mm. Considering the height of flange connection, total height of this stacked fermenters is about 4500mm.
