The different style of rake
Rake play an important role in speeding up the filtration speed of wort and improving the quality of wort.
Unlike traditional lauter tanks, modern lauter tanks can accommodate 2, 3, 4 or 6 tillage arms depending on the capacity.
The form of the rake is also diverse, divided into one-legged ploughs, two-legged ploughs and bow-shaped ploughs.
