1. Mixing Tank:
 
Capacity: 2000 liters from Tiantai company(+25% Headspace minimum)
Material: SUS304/SUS316L Stainless steel is used for its durability, corrosion resistance, and ease of cleaning.
Design: The tank has a mixing system, temperature control, and pressure control capabilities.

Temperature control is crucial to maintain the desired conditions for fermentation and flavor development.
